We offer the following delivery services:
- Standard Delivery Service (Hong Kong & Macau only)
- SF Express Locker (Hong Kong only)
- International Express Service (for locations mentioned in the International Orders section below)
Areas in service (Hong Kong & Macau)
- Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau, SAR of China. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands. For more details, please contact SF express for more information.
- P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please note that each order can only be delivered to a single address. If the customer wishes to send orders to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed for each address.
Shipping Schedule
- Our customer service will send you an email notification once your parcel has been shipped. Please be aware that the actual delivery time is dependent on SF Express. In the event that the customer is unable to receive the delivery, alternative arrangements for the delivery date must be made separately. Mat@boutU reserves the right to apply delivery fees in such cases.
Order processing
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days, which include Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All purchases are subject to bank authorization before being processed. Only authorized purchases will proceed to the processing and shipping stage. If, for any reason, your order cannot be processed, you will receive an email notification to inform you of the situation.
- Orders placed before 4pm HKT will be processed and delivered within 3 to 4 working days
- Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day
- Orders are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday to Friday only, excluding holidays and public holidays).
International Orders
We currently accepts international orders from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Status
Under normal circumstances, the delivery arrangement cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address
- Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification will be sent to the customer from us.
- Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the shipping company by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
- If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the shipping company directly in order to make further arrangements. If customer is not reachable for delivery after several attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
Delivery Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions in Hong Kong
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above:
Delivery service will be suspended. If the signal is remaining hoisted at 3pm, the delivery service will be suspended that day.
Black Rainstorm Warning:
Delivery service will be suspended and to be resumed subjected to the weather. If delivery service is not able to continue, new delivery schedule will be notified through E-mail or message center.
Return Policy
Return Policy
We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return any item in its original condition for an exchange within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
Please note that the returned product(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
It is important to understand that we cannot accept returned goods that we have reasonable grounds to believe have been used.
The Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service at cs@mataboutu.com. Please include the details of your return request in your message. Our Customer Service team will then ask you to provide the following information for verification purposes:
Order number
Purchasing date
Product name and quantity which need to be exchanged
Reason for exchange
CONFIRM EXCHANGE
Once you have confirmed the return, we will provide you with our mailing address in Hong Kong for sending the goods back to us. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. Upon receiving the goods, our Customer Service team will assess whether the condition of the items meets the requirements for an exchange. If the goods are unopened and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts, you will have the option to select a product of equal value for the exchange.
